Carbon steel pipe:
Brand: 1020, 1035, 1045, etc., tensile strength 420~750MPa, yield strength ≥ 235MPa;

Alloy steel pipe:
Grade: 4130 (including Cr Mo), 4140 (high strength), E355 (European standard fine grain steel), etc., with a tensile strength of up to 750MPa and a yield strength of ≥ 550MPa;
Applications: aviation components, high-pressure vessels, and low-temperature equipment (such as LNG pipelines).
Process requirements:
Hot finishing/cold finishing: The outer diameter of hot-rolled pipes is ≤ 325mm, and the precision of cold drawn pipes is higher (surface roughness ≤ 1.6 μ m);
Testing specifications: Internal defects must be verified through ultrasonic testing (UT), and the chemical composition must comply with ASTM standard limits (such as C ≤ 0.50%, Cr ≤ 1.20%).
