Austenitic stainless steel wire rod has high strength and toughness, and requires a large rolling force during rolling. During the rolling process, in order to ensure temperature uniformity, technicians use advanced heating equipment to quickly and uniformly heat austenitic stainless steel billets, avoiding local overheating or undercooling. At the same time, by setting up temperature monitoring devices and providing real-time feedback on temperature information, the rolling process is always carried out at an appropriate temperature.
Reasonable rolling speed is crucial for reducing the difficulty of rolling austenitic stainless steel. The factory controls the rolling speed within a reasonable range based on factors such as the size of the billet, temperature, and equipment performance. In practical operation, the rolling speed can be dynamically adjusted through a computer control system based on real-time parameters such as rolling force and temperature to achieve the best rolling effect. After multiple experiments and adjustments, the factory has successfully overcome a series of technical difficulties and achieved stable rolling of the entire batch of 5.5mm stainless steel wire rods. The product quality has reached the expected target, and key indicators such as surface smoothness, dimensional accuracy, and product performance meet market demand.
