As the main steel type of gear steel, 20CrMnTi is a high-quality alloy structural steel that dominates the gear industry and is mainly used to produce gear components for automobiles, wind power, and mechanical equipment. Due to its importance and specificity in use, users have extremely high requirements for product performance. But for many years, there has been a lack of professional testing methods within the company, making it even more difficult to meet the standards.

20CrMnTi steel must undergo heat treatment to achieve the required properties for processing and use, with the aim of improving surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength.
