1、 Core Features
Resistance to intergranular corrosion
By adding titanium elements (content 0.5-0.7%) and combining with carbon to form titanium carbides, the risk of intergranular corrosion in welding or high-temperature environments is significantly suppressed, making it suitable for complex working conditions that require multiple welds.
High temperature stability
The addition of titanium element enhances the stability of the material at high temperatures, allowing for long-term use below 650 ℃ and short-term temperature resistance above 800 ℃, while maintaining mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Strengthen corrosion resistance
Containing 2-3% molybdenum (Mo) and 16-18% chromium (Cr), it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to chloride, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and other media, with better pitting resistance than ordinary 316 stainless steel tubes.
High mechanical strength
Tensile strength ≥ 520 MPa, yield strength ≥ 205 MPa, combining high strength and toughness, suitable for high-pressure and high load scenarios.
Processing adaptability
Support cold forming, welding, cutting and other processes, and the surface can be polished, brushed or pickled to meet industrial and decorative needs.

Cr(16-18%)、Ni(10-14%)、Mo(2-3%)、Ti(0.5-0.7%), Carbon content ≤ 0.08% 15.

Outer diameter: Φ 18mm~Φ 630mm (conventional seamless pipe), up to a maximum of 1020mm;
Wall thickness: 0.8mm~40mm (industrial thick walled pipe).
Physical performance:
Density 7.98 g/cm ³, hardness ≤ 200 HV, elongation ≥ 40%.
Execution standards: ASTM A312 (universal pipe material), GB/T 12771 (domestic standard).
