1、 Core Features
Low carbon corrosion resistance
316L stainless steel pipes have a carbon content of ≤ 0.03%, and can maintain corrosion resistance without annealing after welding, especially suitable for environments with strong acids, high temperatures, and sulfur-containing media.
Enhance mechanical performance
The tensile strength is ≥ 480 MPa, which is slightly lower than that of ordinary 316 stainless steel (≥ 520 MPa), but the addition of molybdenum significantly improves the resistance to pitting corrosion and high-temperature strength.
Processing adaptability
Supporting various processing techniques such as welding, cutting, and cold forming, the surface can be treated in different states such as wire drawing, polishing, or pickling.

Outer diameter: minimum 12mm, maximum 1020mm;
Wall thickness: Conventional 0.8mm~3mm (in medical and construction fields), industrial thick walled pipes can reach 10mm~200mm.
Execution standards: ASTM A312 (universal pipe material), GB12771 (domestic standard), etc.
